Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ah the feared Brussel sprout... It doesn't have to be feared anymore! These beauties are making an amazing comeback with kids and grownups alike who swore them off years ago! Try this recipe and just see if you don't convert someone in your house too!

Slice sprouts length wise. Drizzle with just enough olive oil to toss and coat. Salt and Pepper as you like. Then the good stuff... sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of the spouts too. You want just enough to give a nice dusting to each sprout. Bake at 400 for 20 min. Turn sprouts over at 10 min. I placed my sprouts on a foil lined sheet pan. Add another dusting of Parmesan when you serve if you like and enjoy! My kids did and that's saying something!
